The Fourteenth Courtroom of Appeals in Houston issued an order Tuesday dismissing three consolidated appeals after the Astros and season ticket holders Adam Wallach, Roger Contreras and Kenneth Younger notified the courtroom in mid-February that that they had reached a settlement settlement. The main points of the settlement weren’t included in appellate or district courtroom paperwork.
